Ordering online
At checkout you will be required to confirm payment method and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Your credit or debit card will be charged at the checkout.
On completion of both, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order is being processed.
Any order has to be accepted by us. If for any reason we are unable to complete your order we will contact you the customer via the contact details provided and issue a full refund of the unattainable goods or a substitute will be offered. If we fulfill the order in its entirety the contract is formed.
Price & Payment
Listed prices are inclusive of IVA. Delivery cost is not included, but will be applied to total cost of order at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm all the details of the order are correct (including delivery address) before submitting order.
All listed prices are subject to change, but any changes implemented after a Confirmation has been sent do not change on the order in progress. Any product that has been priced incorrectly, at a lower price than is the correct price by us, we will contact you before fulfilling the order or decline the order and contact you accordingly. We are not obligated to honour any incorrect prices.
In the event we have priced a product at an incorrect higher price, the customer will be informed within the delivery paperwork, a refund for the difference will be issued via the means payment was made.
Payment will be charged to your credit or debit card when at point of checkout.
All payments are processed in Euros. The exchange rate is that at the stage of authorisation of your credit/debit card. We accept no responsibility for adverse currency fluctuations.
Purchase of alcohol
Alcoholic drinks can be purchased on this website. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that if purchasing alcohol you are of at least the minimum legal age required by the governing law in Spain for consumption of alcohol.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
All customers have the right to cancel their order. Customers can cancel immediately after you place your order or before the expiry time of 9:00 am on the morning of the confirmed delivery date.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email contactus@mrcheaponline.com about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
You will not have any right to return the following goods:
- Due to health protection & hygiene reasons goods are unsuitable for return if the seal has been broken, this includes all grocery, household and cosmetic products.
